Depending on your purchases, products may arrive in separate packages, at no additional cost to you. The Crow Shoppe is not responsible for the condition of outside packaging once it has been shipped from our warehouse. If package is damaged, please contact USPS.

BOOKS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at qandccrowshoppe@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please look to the tag to properly care for your specific garment. We suggest washing all clothes in cold water with color-safe detergent. While most of our clothing is pre-shrunk, avoid excessive head when possible to prevent fading/shrinking.
