Order processing: Most orders are processed within one week of purchase and no longer than two weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All PRE-ORDER items are processed within a week of PUBLICATION DATE (dates are listed on the product information).
PREORDER POLICY: Pre-orders are shipped within one week of the publication date. If you pre-order a book along with other items, your order will be processed after the publication date of the most distant pre-order. If you'd like to process your books separately (get some now and some later), you can either order them individually or contact us at qandccrowshoppe@gmail.com to arrange payment for the additional shipping.
Shipping methods: We ship all packages via USPS, including international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for the expedience of your order after it has left our hands.
Delivery times are standard for the USPS Postal Service rates.
International shipping: All international orders are processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS), as we are a company based in the United States. We understand that shipping costs can get high, and encourage our international customers to seek out chain bookstores (Amazon, Waterstones, Indigo, etc) to better suit their needs. We apologize for any inconvenience our shipping policy may cause.
International duties and taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, and fees that may apply in their country.
Lost or damaged items: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at qandccrowshoppe@gmail.com within one week of the estimated delivery time. If a package is damaged by the USPS during transit, we may be able to make a claim. We are not responsible for any package that was marked delivered by the USPS and stolen from the mailbox.
We are unable to refund shipping costs once a package has already been sent out for delivery.
